History & who we are

K&Z International Law and IP Ltd. was founded in the beginning of 2005. We are a professional IP agency and have been approved by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.

K&Z consist of a first-class service team with many years of experience in the application, administration and safeguarding of intellectual property rights. The team consists of a combination of domestic and international expertise – all this in order to provide our clients with best possible service. Our firm has an excellent reputation in providing both domestic and international companies with service of high quality.

K&Z is a member of various international chambers’ of commerce, e.g. the European Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce. We have gained support from these international organizations and also provided them with legal services.

In 2007, K&Z started an IP office together with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. Beijing K&Z IP Firm thus became a member of this office. In 2008, we also became a council member of the China Brand Association and is thus strongly supported by the relevant department of the Chinese government. In 2010, we established a China IPR committee with CIDA and started providing members of the China National Light Industry Council with services including as training, management and IPR protection.
